How's your policy doing?

Today is Insurance Awareness Day, and it serves as a reminder to review your policy or policies and make sure you:

  1. Understand your coverage.
  2. The coverage is still enough for your needs.
  3. All your information is updated with the insurance company, including if you have new assets.

But we also wanted to take a moment to tell you more about what we, your insurance agents, do for you!  We enjoy what we do, and it's been a pleasure serving the High Desert.  Because of clients like you, we strive to be the best and you've earned us "Best Agency" and "Best Agent" by the Daily Press 9 years in a row!  We wanted to share stories about what we love about our jobs and you all:

"Every day, every case is different and challenging.  Things change daily, but every win is very rewarding.  When I can assist getting insurance for someone just diagnosed with cancer, I ease their mind.  That is priceless." - Casey Armstrong, President, Group Health, Life, LTC, & Medicare Specialist

"I love helping people understand their coverage so they can customize the policy to better meet their needs.  I always feel better about a purchase when I understand all the details, and I want my customers to feel the same way. " - Bill Robinson,

"My favorite part of being an insurance agent is being of service and helping simplifying health benefits for clients. No question is a dumb question, not when it comes to your health. My job goes past selling a medical plan it is also guiding our clients through the health care system and how to make their insurance work for them. One moment for me that stands out more than the others is when I helped an elderly woman get the surgery she needed. When the system was failing her to get her surgery scheduled after three other doctors turned her away because her surgery was 'too complicated.'  When the only doctor that had the skills to operate was too confident and said it wasn't too bad and her surgery could wait after his vacation I escalated things and got a top surgeon at UCLA to operate in less than a week." - Nancy Rodriguez, Health Specialist

"My favorite moment of being an insurance agent is when people tell me how I've helped them through a claim and helped make it easier on them.  Over time, then we become agent/client friends.  It's the connection to my clients I appreciate the most." - Rebekah Ingersol, Auto & Home Specialist

Thank you for tuning in and thank you for being a part of our wonderful community!  And take a beat today to check in with your coverage.  You'll thank us that we're doing our job... Insuring your dreams!
