Armstrong Fairway Insurance prides itself on providing the best customer service in the High Desert. We strive to always be courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable and to educate our clients, and earn your trust. Here are some of the actions that our agency tries to reflect daily:

1)      Present Yourself Appropriately

The key to making a good first impression is to present yourself appropriately . When meeting someone for the first time, appearance is usually the first clue he/she goes off of.  Therefore, it is important to dress accordingly. Thinking ahead can help better prepare you with creating a meaningful impression.  What message are you trying to portray? What is the occasion you’re dressing for? Should you wear a suit, blazer, or dress casual?

2)      Be Confident

It’s normal to have a feeling of nervousness when encountering a new situation. However, there are simple techniques to portray confidence: stand tall, smile, make eye contact, and greet with a firm handshake.  Using body language is an important way to project confidence and self-assurance.

3)      Be Positive

It’s important to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude because your attitude shows through everything you do.  Depending on the situation, you  may come across criticism or perhaps nervousness. If this occurs it can be easy to become discouraged.  So keep in mind to stay upbeat and smile!

4)      Be on Your Best Behavior

Good manners and polite, attentive, and courteous behavior goes a long way.Showing respect to others helps them respect you.
